Donald R. Millard, President and Chief Executive Officer | |
Don Millard is a senior-level executive with operations and
financial experience, particularly in the healthcare industry. He
is responsible for all aspects of Red Bag Solutions’ operations.
Prior to joining the company in 2004, he was Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of AGCO Corporation (NYSE:
AG), a $10 billion Fortune 250 company. Millard was responsible
for all product development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing
and sales activities from 2002-2004. From 2000-2002, he was Senior
Vice President and CFO for AGCO.
Prior to joining AGCO, Millard was President and CEO of Matria
Healthcare (NASDAQ: MATR) from 1997-2000. Matria was a $300
million disease management company. From 1987-1997, he was CFO of
Matria and its predecessor company, Healthdyne.
Millard serves on the board of directors of American Home
Patient, the third largest provider of home health care services
and products in the United States. He also serves on the board of
directors of several private equity financed companies. He
is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is a Certified
Public Accountant.

K. Ward Miller, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer | |
Ward Miller joined Red Bag Solutions as vice president of
operations in 2006. He is responsible for all RBS managed sites,
field activities, and customer support and service activities.
Prior to joining the company, Miller served as a principal in a
logistics consulting firm that assisted organizations in improving
their operational performance, distribution network configuration,
site selection, order management, software selection and
implementation, and contract negotiations.
Miller began his career with Rothmans International, a British
multi-national consumer goods company where he held a variety of
executive positions and was responsible for the construction and
operation of a manufacturing facility, merger and acquisition
projects, ERP system selection and implementation, and global
supply chain management. He is a graduate of Davidson College with
a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Dr. Sanford A. Glazer, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Compliance Officer | |
Dr. Glazer is the inventor of Red Bag Solutions’ SSM
technology. Glazer currently teaches at George Washington
University’s Graduate School of Forensics and has served with the
Department of Homeland Security’s National Medical Disaster
System. He is also a consultant with the FBI’s National Crime
Information Center. Antaeus Group and a retired Captain, U.S. Navy
Dental Corps.
Prior to co-founding the Antaeus Group, he founded a company
that provided quality assurance reviews for major insurance
companies throughout the United States. Glazer advises RBS on
equipment design, research and development, and assists with
regulatory compliance and key vendor management.

Eric Fox, Vice President Business Development | |
Eric Fox is a highly accomplished sales executive with over
three decades of management experience in sales, marketing, and
operations with healthcare products companies. He began his
career with McGaw Laboratories, a division of American Hospital
Supply Corporation, selling a wide array of medical devices and
capital equipment to hospitals in the Midwest. The
experience Fox gained from positions of increasing responsibility,
such as a Product Manager, Region Sales Manager, Director of Sales
Operations, and Vice President of Sales prepared him for success
as an entrepreneur.
Fox was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Advanced
Medical Diagnostics, LLC., a very successful company providing
advanced medical imaging equipment and services to hospitals
across the country. Combining his extensive experience with
capital equipment and services with his desire to improve
protection for the environment made the opportunity to join Red
Bag Solutions very attractive.
Passionate about making a difference and delivering real value
to healthcare providers, Fox is in perfect alignment with Red Bag
Solutions' mission. Eric Fox graduated from
Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington,
Indiana, where he earned degrees in Marketing and Management.
